1. Licence and permitted use

TayqaNova is licensed to the organization that subscribes to our service and is intended for use by its authorized employees. You may use the application only with credentials issued to you, only for your organization’s legitimate business purposes, and in accordance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or share access to the application, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Location, camera and notifications

Some features require access to your device’s location (while using the App), camera and notifications. You control these permissions in your device settings; declining them limits the related features but not the rest of the App. You are responsible for using location and photo features in line with your organization’s policies and applicable law.

3. Suspension

Access may be suspended if credentials are misused, if the subscription with your organization ends, or where required for security.

4. Ownership

The application, its source code, design and branding belong to SMART DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC. Business data, photos and location records entered through the application remain the property of the customer organization.

5. Updates and changes

The application may be updated, and features may be added, changed or removed. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes through the organization that holds the subscription.

6. Third-party services

The application is distributed through the App Store and Google Play and uses Google Firebase and Google Maps, each subject to their own terms. Our website support chat is provided by tawk.to and is subject to their own terms.

7. Reasonable limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SMART DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for loss arising from temporary service unavailability, from data entered incorrectly by users, or from use of the application in a way that breaches these terms.

8. Privacy

Handling of personal data is described in the TayqaNova Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
