Sending these details in the first message lets us solve the issue in one round instead of three:
- DigiTayqa version (shown on the app’s settings or “About” screen).
- Device model and operating system version (for example: iPhone 15, iOS 26.1).
- Your account username and the name of your organization — never send your password.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording of the problem, if possible.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot sign in to DigiTayqa
Check that your username and password are entered exactly as issued, and that your device has an internet connection. If sign-in still fails, your account may be disabled or your session expired — contact your organization’s administrator, or write to us at info@s-digitalsolutions.com.
How do I reset my password?
Passwords are managed by the organization that owns your account. Ask your administrator to issue a reset, or contact us and we will route the request.
How do I delete my account and data?
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to info@s-digitalsolutions.com, or ask your organization’s administrator. We process such requests within 30 days. Details are in the DigiTayqa Privacy Policy.
What data does DigiTayqa collect?
Account credentials for authentication, a session token, your profile name, a device identifier, app version and technical request metadata, plus the business data you view or enter. No location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone data, advertising or analytics SDKs. Full detail in the DigiTayqa Privacy Policy.
DigiTayqa is slow, crashing, or showing an error
Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then restart the app. If the problem continues, send us the details listed under “What to include in your request” above and we will investigate.
